NWT3 is a small team of three — a CEO, a CMO, and a CTO — all based in Oregon. We've been building digital tools for businesses and organizations for over two decades, and we're still here because we do good work and stand behind it.
25 Years in the Making.
Andrew Gwin built his first website at 14. By 16, he had rebuilt his high school's website and was advising the business teacher on how to use it to attract more students to web design. At 17, he was working for the risk management department of the Salem-Keizer School District — managing their online presence, updating their website, and sending out e-newsletters to the district community.
For years, web work was a side gig alongside everything else. But in 2016, Andrew made it official and registered his first company. He hadn't looked back since.
In 2021, Alicia Frederick joined as a business partner, bringing marketing expertise and a talent for client relationships. She's now NWT3's CMO. In 2025, Zachary Gwin came on as CTO, bringing the technical infrastructure and systems thinking that powers everything we build today. NWT3 is the result of 25 years of learning, building, and growing — one client at a time.

Andrew Gwin
Andrew has been building for the web since 1999. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Administration with a minor in Communication from Western Oregon University, graduating summa cum laude. His background in public administration shapes how he approaches client work — practically, clearly, and with an eye on what actually matters. He started NWT3 because he believed clients deserved honest advice, reliable work, and a builder who would still be around when something needed fixing.
Alicia Frederick
Alicia joined NWT3 in 2021 and leads marketing and client relations. She holds a degree from Portland State University. Alicia is the reason our clients feel taken care of — she bridges the gap between what a client wants to say and how to say it in a way that actually reaches people. She handles social media management, graphic design, and client communication across the company.
Zachary Gwin
Zach joined NWT3 in 2025 and runs the technical infrastructure behind everything we build. He's the reason our systems are reliable, secure, and built to scale. From VPS deployments to AI workflow integration, Zach handles the parts of the stack that most agencies don't think about until something breaks. He's the architect behind NWT3 Hub.
